For anyone that’s into hack and slashes like God of War, Ryse is really not bad. It looks great, controls well and has some fine set pieces. So why all the hate? Well it was a launch title, and the micro-transactions are pretty obnoxious (although not really a big deal).
Anyway, if you like this sort of thing and can pick it up cheap, it’s well worth a play!
